Xolo X900, First Android Smartphone with the Intel Atom Z2460
Lava, a company in India in collaboration with Intel, is rumored to have made the Atom-based Android device named Xolo X900. This smartphone will be launched on 19 Aprilin India. Previously, Intel CEO Paul Otellini said that the first smartphone with Intel Atom processor will be launched this week.
Xolo X900 uses an Intel Atom Z2460 processor, single-core 1.6GHz CPU withHyper-Saltwell Threadin, PowerVR GPU clocked at 400MHz SGX540 and 32-bit Dual LPDDR2 memory.
Smartphone is equipped with 4.03-inch screen with 1024 x 600 (295PPI), 8-megapixel main camera with flash, a 1.3 megapixel camera, video recording with 1080p 10fpsmode, 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, up to 21Mbps HSPA +, HDMI and built-inNFC.
Unfortunately, Xolo X900 will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread at launch day, Android OS4.0 is not Ice Cream Sandwich. Xolo X900 prices estimated in the range of $ 500. But you have to be patient if you want to get a Xolo X900 because there is still no official announcement from Microsoft regarding its presence in global markets.
